Pretty tight, but decent. You will likely want to size up. Normally I am a large in half tights. These are VERY tight, although they do hold the goods quite well.. wish they had size pocket. The rear will fit an iPhone, without the case.. For ref. I am 6.1, 176lbs, I run regularly.

Comfortable but needs a bigger back pocket
The short are comfortable and fit great. But like most running cycle shorts the back pockets are too small for the bigger smart phones. And would help if it was bigger the pocket.
